Chong Li, the reigning champion of the underground event, the Kumite, says this to babyface Frank Dux sometime after defeating Dux's hombre Ogre....errr...Jackson. He then proceeds to show Dux the bandanna of his fallen mate Jackson. The reason, he slowly learns that his following has dissipated in favor of Nak Su Kou, a.k.a. "White Warrior."
