Johnney

"I like his pelvis thrust."

He said this about Jean Claude Van-Damme. What more need I say?

Not so Happy Thanksgiving...

BAAAAANZAAAAAIIIII!!!! - Mr. Kesuke Miyagi

Unfortunately on a day to give thanks for everything and anything we care for, we lost Noriyuki "Pat" Morita. He will best be remembered as Mr. Miyagi by me and as Arnold from Happy Days to others. I actually had the privilege of bumping into him one time at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. He was playing at the slot machines inside the mall area, and was tipsy, to say the least. I approached him and said "Pat Morita!" and he looked at me and in his banzai voice he said, "AAAAHH HELLLOOO!!" You will be missed by many, I hope you are able to find that perfect banzai tree now, and to you I bid a final BAAAAAAAAANZAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIII!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Friends Forever! - Zack Attack

This isn't really a quote as it was the title of the hit song of the awesome band from Saved by the Bell. It symbolizes friendship, and on this wonderful Thanksgiving day, friends are what I am most thankful for. Oh almost forgot Zack, Slater, Kelly, and Mr. Belding, I am also thankful for them.

Detective John Kimble

"Its not a tumor!"

I have a headache right now, lately I have been getting more and more of them. Its quite annoying. I think I need to get my eyes checked out, but nevertheless I believe what Arnold said in this classic undercover cop movie.

The same quote from two people.

"The red sun rises.....blood has been spilt this night." - Legolas Greenleaf/Josh the Jumboshrimp

So when I heard this quote for the first time during the movie I thought, man that was without a doubt the most pussy line I have ever heard. Low and behold right after the film, my pal walks out of the movie and looks out into the distance and quotes the exact same line. Ever since then it has been by far my favorite line from that movie. To this day, when we are drinking, Josh will get this stoic look on his face, look out into the distance and say those words. I love it because it makes me feel so beautiful inside.

How I feel right now.

"Out of commission!" - Sensei John Kreese

Currently I am not feeling too well, I feel as if Sensei Kreese has ordered one of his Cobra Kai minions to sweep my leg, but rather than sweep my leg, he ordered them to make me feel really gross. For some reason I am not able to move around a lot. Damn you Kreese.

My friend JKC

"i can't help if i'm not racist against fatties" - jkc

So this will be my first non-movie comment. I was waiting and waiting to get one of these, and now i have one, of which i'm sure there will be many. We were discussing the pleasantries of women and this is what he decided to blurt out in an AIM conversation. I was appalled by the insensitivity here. After he said this he decided to pig out on crackers.

Rocky IV's Ivan Drago

"I must break you."

This quote is from Rocky IV, by far the best installment of the series. It occurs before the two heavyweight titans engage in quite possibly the longest boxing bout ever. I know that the original Rocky put Sly on the map and also championed him an Oscar. He would then go on to star in the movie Oscar, but I digress. This ultimate montage movie was no doubt a metaphor for the cold war that the USA and USSR was involved in. Sylvester was able to portray this epic war through boxing, which in itself is a also a war. In the end, unity was the outcome......followed by brain damage.

Karate Kid 3's Mike Barnes

"I need your title Daniel, I need it!"

Many people do not realize the masterful work that is Karate Kid 3. Mike Barnes is the up-and-coming karate bad ass. Wanting to cement his place in the chronicles of karate lore, Barnes forces Daniel Larusso back onto the mat for one last match even though he didn't even need to compete. The arrogance of Barnes turns out to be his downfall, for if he had just ran the tournament without Larusso, he'd be the new champ and the name Cobra Kai Dojo would be seen througout Southern California.

The Million Dollar Man - WWF Circa Mid 1980's - Early 90's

"EVERYBODY'S GOTTA PRICE!"

This would usually be followed by his maniacal laughter. Soon after, his "bodyguard" would hand him a crisp Benjamin to shove down his poor opponent's mouth. Then he would walk away with his Million Dollar Belt. This man was bling bling.

Sidenote: I used to wish that I could wrestle Ted Dibiase so that he would shove some of his cash down my throat, but that never came into fruition.

Bloodsport's Chong Li

"You break my record! Now I break you! Like I break your friend!" - Chong Li

Chong Li, the reigning champion of the underground event, the Kumite, says this to babyface Frank Dux sometime after defeating Dux's hombre Ogre....errr...Jackson. He then proceeds to show Dux the bandanna of his fallen mate Jackson. The reason, he slowly learns that his following has dissipated in favor of Nak Su Kou, a.k.a. "White Warrior."

Karate Kid II's Chozen

"You dansu like Geisha!" - Chozen

Alright so the inaugural quote will be the title of this blogsite. This is from Karate Kid II. It occurs while the debonair Daniel Larusso is learning the traditonal dance of Okinawan culture from his new beau Kimiko. Alas, he is interrupted by none other than Chozen, his archnemesis. His uncle Sato is the vile gangster that runs the Okinawan streets and causes grief upon the Miyagi clan, but you should already know this.
